Care of your catch is as important as catching it in the first place! Your catch information and your choice of processing is carefully recorded upon your arrival at our dock.
We offer a wide range of options for the processing and packaging of your catch. On site filleting and vacuum packaging combined with blast freezing ensures you'll be able to enjoy your prize for months to come!
If you prefer, we can have your catch processed further at selected smokehouses and canneries. Choose from traditionalcanned salmon, smoked and canned salmon, Westcoast-style hot smoked filets and cold smoked lox-style salmon.
If the amount of fish you have is under the generous weigh restrictions allowed by the aircraft operators, you can bring your catch with you free of charge. Home delivery or delivery after special processing are available options as well.
Once you get home, your fish can go directly into the freezer.. They keep in a freezer for up to two years. Just take a look from time to time to make sure the seal hasn't broken and ice has formed inside the bag.
When ready to prepare the fish, cut the bag off the fish and rinse the fish with fresh water and pat dry. Let fish thaw on a cookie sheet in your fridge. And don't forget to check out some of our recipes on the website… and enjoy!
